Ruby and the Bookmarks is a tender musical comedy that follows the lives of sweethearts, James and Ruby from high school through romance, marriage and family to their “golden years.” The “Bookmarks” are a 4-person musical group that provide background vocals for James and Ruby, perform songs themselves and serve as supporting characters in several scenes. The musical selections are familiar popular songs that reflect the time setting of the scene. You'll hear such favorites as "At Last," "We've Only Just Begun," "Diana," "Rock and Roll is Here to Stay" and many more.
